💜 How can I access my store credit?💜

Store credit is issued to you VIA email. If your Cellador Boutique account has credit on it, make sure you are logged when you check out. On the checkout page you will have the option to apply your credit to the order! Please ensure you do not use an express checkout method however as it will bypass the store credit option. If you make a return and don’t have an account with us, we will send you an account activation email to the email address associated with your original order. Also please note, accounts are not transferable between our Australian and US sites.

 💜 Do you have a store I can visit? 💜

 

Cellador boutique is exclusively online! This enables us to serve customers all across the globe but unfortunately we don't have a physical location where you can come and try on garments before buying. Our Auckland office is closed to the public.

💜 Can I collaborate with Cellador on social media? 💜

💜  I didn’t receive an order or shipping confirmation. What should I do? 💜 

We’re sorry to hear that. It’s possible the email has gone to your junk folder or maybe we have an incorrect email address for you. If this happens, please contact us straight away so we can verify whether the order has been placed and resend your confirmation. You can reach us during business hours on hello@cellador.co .
